Terms & Conditions
All prices quoted are per room per night and include breakfast.
We require a deposit of £35.00 per room to confirm the reservation.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation and are only payable by Visa, Mastercard, Mestro/Switch or Delta.
In the event of a 'no show' without prior reasonable notice, the full room rate for the first night's accommodation will be charged.
Cancellations before arrival - If we do not manage to re-let your room, cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a fee of one night's stay less the deposit.
Cancellation during a booked stay without valid reason will incur the full cost of the original reservation.
Children over 14 years of age are welcome.
Smoking is not permitted in the confines of the building and persons who ignore our no smoking policy are asked to leave and charged the full amount of their stay plus £50.00 de-fumigation fee.
We do not accept pets.
Anti social and inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave with no reimbursement.
