Welcome to The Old Mill House Bed and Breakfast, Padstow. Owned and run by Paul and Hanna Charlesworth.

The Old Mill House Bed and Breakfast (B&B) is a 16th century converted corn mill situated in the pretty hamlet of Little Petherick, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, just two miles from Padstow.

This Grade II listed building has its own garden next to a stream that runs into the Camel Estuary. There is a rich variety of wild life to be observed including kingfishers, a pair of resident swans and the ever present ducks.

The Old Mill House Bed and Breakfast (B&B) has seven tastefully decorated bedrooms which are all en-suite and equipped with colour TV, direct-dial telephone, a hairdryer, radio/alarm clock and tea and coffee making facilities. Four of the bed and breakfast rooms are overlooking the picturesque garden and three are in front of the house facing the village and overlooking the pretty stream that runs into the Camel Estuary towards Padstow.
