Walking & Biking
Follow the footpath opposite the Old Mill House along the creek and into Padstow and after suitable refreshment, return along Camel Trail and on to the opposite bank of the creek back to the Old Mill Bed and Breakfast.

Bike on the traffic free Camel Trail which starts in Padstow and runs to Camelford a total of 17.5 miles. Bikes can be hired in Padstow or Wadebridge. It is possible to cycle from the Old Mill House B&B via St. Issey to join the Camel Trail at Old Town cove, Lower Halwyn.
